Registration Information
- Please begin the registration by telephoning the Vice President, Preschool Operations, Tiffiny Pieper, at (719) 659-3313 or email tiffiny@wilsonumc.org.
- Complete an enrollment form. Download form (pdf)
- Pay a registration fee of $25.00 per child. This fee is non-refundable and is due at the time of registration. Please make checks payable to Diakonia.
- Provide a current copy of each child’s current Immunization Record and Statement of Health, signed and dated by a health care professional within the last 12 months, by the first day of school.
As classes become full, we maintain wait lists and register students as space becomes available. There is no fee to be on a waiting list.
